To begin the registration process, just click on Register, in the top right-hand corner of the home page. This will bring you to the Create your Account page.
The registration process will automatically default to "Individual" but you should be able to register as a corporate customer very soon.
To create your account just enter your first and last name, then your date of birth.
For citizenship, you can select the country where your passport was issued. For country or residence, please select the country in which you currently reside.
You can then enter your address, city and post/zip code, then click "Continue"
The next page will ask you to select three security questions out of a selection of five. This is to add an additional layer of security for our customers.
Just select a question from the drop-down menu, then enter the answer underneath. Please do not enter any spaces or special characters in your answer. As soon as this is done, please click Add More to add another. As soon as you've entered three questions and answers, you can click continue.
On the next page, you can enter an email address and choose a password, which must be at least eight characters long and contain at least one digit.
Please check your junk/spam mail box to ensure you receive the email
Once you've ticked the appropriate boxes, and completed the captcha, you can click Create my Account.
Once your account has been activated, you’ll be asked to verify your mobile phone. Simply enter the mobile phone number and click “Send Code” and then enter the 5 digit code that is sent to your phone by SMS.
Next, you’ll need to have your KYC Status verified.
For individuals, there are 16 KYC questions to answer. You can “save and continue later” at any time by clicking the box in the bottom right-hand corner.

- Employment Status.
- Place of Business
- Tax Zone.
- Annual Turnover in Cash.
- Annual Turnover in Cryptocurrency
- Source of Income
- Source of Wealth
- Purpose of Account
- Top Up
- Origin of Funds
- Level of Experience
- Years of Experience
- Politically Exposed Person (PEP)
Once the Questionnaire has been fully completed, you can click on NEXT to proceed to the Photo ID verification stage.
You’ll see a pop-up box appear, reminding you to have your photo ID ready for the verification stage. If you have your ID, then click on Start Now.
You can use your computer's camera to scan your photo ID, or you can scan a QR code to your smartphone and then scan your photo ID from your phone. Within the same app you'll be asked to take a selfie and click submit.
Most accounts are verified successfully within a few moments. We will notify you of this by email and SMS as soon as you're approved. If we need more information or additional documents, we will contact you about this.
